Lathe Carriage Positioner

Description:  This tool is comprised of an aluminum fixture with a Starrett dial indicator for a precision carriage setting. Magnets hold it securely to the lathe spindle.

Usage:  This device is designed to keep the veneer ribbon from leading off to one side or the other due to the lathe carriage being out of alignment.
