Doyle Clipper Knife Honer

Description:  This tool is comprised of an aluminum fixture with handles, camroll bearings for proper knife/bevel tool alignment and a set of special composite stones accurately aligned to the camroll bearings.

Usage:  This device is designed to allow the user to hone clipper knives both on and off the clipper to precise sharp edges never before possible with a hand held stone.

Benefits:

• Use of Honer between grindings will extend knife life.  Less frequent grinding saves time and money
• Use of Honer imparts a sharper edge allowing a cleaner clip without over-penetration into roll coverings, thereby increasing roll cover life.
• Much safer method of honing clipper knives as it reduces risk of injury to fingers and hands
